In Phase 1 of Stay, Please we learned the key factors impacting turnover and inspiring loyalty. This event will share insights from Phase 2, in which we learned how veterinary professionals define those key factors.We will discuss how their experience compares to what they expected when they entered the profession, and perhaps most importantly, how those answers vary by role.
Learning objectives:
- Learn which of the nine key retention factors should be prioritized to improve practice-wide retention—and how to define those factors.
- Discover the differences in how various roles in practice prioritize, define, and experience the key retention factors.
- Gain insights into what changes you can make to begin addressing the biggest attrition drivers in your practice.
This program is applicable for 1-hour towards continuing education requirement for Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) program offered by the Veterinary Hospital Manager Association (VHMA).
