Education Session 8C: Radical Intentionality is Required to Change the Lived Experience or Marginalized and Racialized Fundraisers
Thank you
This live web event has ended. Thank you for attending.
Description
The issues related to power and privilege are widely
prevalent in the fundraising profession. I designed and executed a nationwide
study to understand how prejudice manifests in the lives of racialized and
marginalized fundraisers. By listening to these stories, we can expand our
understanding of diversity-related issues in our profession.
