T. Clay Buck, MFA, CFRE Master Trainer
Clay is a
thirty-year fundraising veteran and is the Founder and Principal of TCB
Fundraising, a nonprofit fundraising and communications consultancy focused on
building individual giving at all levels. He has served in leadership
roles at a variety of nonprofits across the country and has been a senior
consultant with major national fundraising and wealth intelligence firms.
He holds the Certificate in Philanthropic Psychology, With Distinction, from
the Institute for Sustainable Philanthropy and teaches strategic planning for
the MPA program in the School of Public Policy and fundraising for the
Nonprofit Management and Fundraising Certificate programs at the University of
Nevada, Las Vegas.
Lindsay McCreary, MBA
Lindsay McCreary,
Director of Philanthropy Operations at La Jolla Country Day School, has a
wide-range of operational fundraising experience, including multi-million dollar
special events, database management and migration, annual and special giving
campaigns, and managing two nine-figure capital campaigns with a large hospital
foundation. With a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of
San Diego, she specializes in change and operational management with the goal
of maximizing efficiency and positively impacting the donor experience.
